If you are submitting a "Care Abounds in Communities Activity Funding Request Form," please be sure the original form is in Doris Wanamaker�s hands a day or two prior to the Chapter Leadership Board meeting at which you would like to have your request considered.

(Note: This event will be held rain or shine! The picnic is in a shelter house.
If rain, the concert will be at Ashland Middle School located just north of the
Court House on Cottage Street.)
