A Unique Worship Experience


"COME AS YOU ARE, WORSHIP IN YOUR CAR"


Drive-in services at Hope Lutheran Chapel began on July 4th, 1958, at the Glaize Drive-in Theater next to the KRMS Radio Station in Osage Beach.

Every Sunday morning from Memorial Day to Labor Day, hundreds of worshipers from across the United States, "come as they are" to hear the Word and to share their faith.

This unique experience finds Drive-in committee members greeting worshipers with smiles, words of welcome, worship materials and directions for parking.

Each service includes communion and special music. Lake Area musicians share their gifts, and the Hope Chapel Choir sings on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Following the service, a continental breakfast and fellowship is shared with members and guests.
