How to copy and paste common articles:

1. Click on a link to access the copy.
2. Click the cursor at the beginning of the sentence (paragraph) you want to copy.
3. Select/highlight with your mouse button-lifting up on the button when you’ve reached the end of what you want to copy.
4. Hold the "Ctrl" key while you hit the "C" key to copy the text.
5. On the Add/Update page, click your cursor in the "enter text for article #" field.
6. Hold the "Ctrl" key while you hit the "V" key to paste the text.
7. Edit as necessary.
