Chapter Leader Template (ballot)

The following template can be used to notify your chapter members of the chapter leader candidates for this year's election. Please fill in the names of your candidates in the appropriate spots. Before listing the names, be sure the candidates have agreed to run for leadership board positions. A blank line has been included for members to add write-in candidates.

After copying and pasting the following information into your Chapter Mailing Service newsletter, you may fill in the appropriate information. Although the second column of information appears to be misaligned here, it will align properly when pasted into your newsletter. Please remind members that they are required to vote in person at your election event.
