Chapter Changes

New Chapter Name ... Same Opportunities to Help Others

You may have noticed that the name of your Thrivent Financial for Lutherans chapter has changed from last year ... you now are assigned to the [insert name] Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. This change resulted from a reorganization of chapters in our region, which is designed to better help chapter leadership boards administer Thrivent Financial's chapter Care programs, and more importantly, to make it easier for our members to help those in need and help their communities.

What hasn’t changed is that you, as a Thrivent Financial for Lutherans member, have a wonderful opportunity to "make a difference" by getting involved to help others and/or your community through our Thrivent chapter and the Care Abounds in Communities® program. It's not only rewarding, it's easy to do!

If there is a person/family or nonprofit organization you'd like to help through a fundraiser, or if there is some improvement that could be made to the community through a service activity, please contact a member of our chapter leadership board as noted in this newsletter. The chapter system is designed for members to come together to meet a need via a fundraiser or service activity, and then receive supplemental funding through the Care Abounds in Communities program.
