Guidelines to help you with your Regional Financial Office (RFO) Fraternal Web site:
- Do not alter the Thrivent Financial logo in any way.
- Do not delete, shorten, add to or substitute any words in the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans name.
- Use Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in the first reference, and Thrivent Financial in the second and subsequent references.
- Do not use another name for your RFO other than your official RFO name.
- Do not create your own RFO logo.
- Do not use religious symbols or logos on your chapter Web site.
Appropriate information for your RFO Web site:
- Information about your RFO.
- Fraternal news and events in your RFO.
- Calendar of events.
- Information about Care in Regions opportunities.
- Recognition of volunteers:
- Be sure the individual has provided their permission prior to posting on the Web site.
- If you want to provide details on an activity including recipient information, refer to CHIP for more information. See information on the impact of privacy on activity payees and recipients.
- Asking for feedback about your Web site.
- Adding more resource links.
Information that is not appropriate for your RFO Web site:
- Announcements that promote financial management seminars, Financial Associates of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, or other events or information that may lead to the sale of a financial product.
- Do not list recipients information without permission to do so. Refer to CHIP for more information.
- Membership list information. Membership list information should be shared only on a need to know basis on a private page. Refer to the Getting Started Guide on how to make a page private.
- Do not change your Web site alias (URL) from what has been assigned to you.
- Do not remove the link to the Chapter Web sites located in your region.
