A: You need to have Oracle's Java software installed and enabled on your computer to use Chat. If you receive a message that says "Your Java version is out of date" or "Your Java version is insecure" you will need to get the latest version of Java. If you receive a message indicating java or the java plug-in is not enabled, Java needs to be turned on within your settings.
You can get the latest, free Java software directly from Oracle's Java web site.

A: You can send a private chat request to any user in a room. To send the request to the user, click on the user's name from within the users tab. Then right-click on the user's name and choose "Private Chat". You will see a smaller window pop up and you can chat with the user in that window.

To un-ignore a visitor, click on the user's name from within the users tab. Then right-click on the user's name and choose "Unignore". You can ignore as many people as you wish.
