By using this ecard site, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.
- Individuals age 13 and over, organizations and businesses are free to use ecards for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these rules.
- The Lutherans Online website is a family-oriented online community. Users will not transmit any harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
- The website must not be used to solicit customers, or to sell products or services. This includes spamming, phishing, solicitation to join mail lists or groups, direct mail marketing materials or other advertisements.
- The materials, including all copyrights and trademarks contained in the website and email cards, are protected by law. All rights in such material are reserved to Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed, performed or displayed without the express written consent from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
- Materials in and operations of this website are provided as-is and there is no warranty, expressed or implied, made that they will be free from errors or interruptions. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will not be held responsible for any special, incidental and consequential damages or losses as a result of the use of or inability to use, this website.

- Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Appleton, Wisconsin, in accordance with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-567.1 et seq. (the "Uniform Arbitration Act") and the then-current rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association by one (1) arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall apply the law of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to rules of conflict of law or statutory rules of arbitration, to the merits of any dispute or claim. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any Wisconsin court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that, any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, they will not request, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages against any party.
