| | | Additional Family Information | Seeking information on August Rutz, sister was Caroline
(Rutz) Shoemaker or Schumacher.
Mother was Frederikke (Schwarz) Rutz Wachholz.
Father was August Rutz who died in Mecklenburg-Schwerin
Frederikke remarried to August Wachholz. Both came.
They immigrated at different times.
Caroline had a girl baby who she gave up for adoption due
to circumstances surrounding her pregancy. The baby was
my great grandmother. Caroline married John Schumacher
and had 5 boys and one girl.
They all lived and died in Appleton, WI area.
Only my great grandmother went west to Idaho as a young
wife and mother.
I am more interested in where in Mecklenburg-Schwerin
did they come from.
