Site administrators have control over whether participants are allowed to publish content onto the Web site. This essentially allows participants access to the "Edit Page" area, but not the "Web Site Manager," which only site administrators can access. By setting up participants to modify content on your Web site, you are creating a collaborative authoring, Wiki-style interface, which allows users you specify as participants to easily add, update and remove content.
