not Global Warming, but El Nino

It all depends on where you're measuring the temperature ... in Siberia and central Asia, they are experiencing colder than normal conditions. The Rocky Mountain region hasn't exactly been warm, with significant snowfall amounts into the mountains of NW Mexico. It's also quite cold in the Northwest Territories of Canada. Many of these anomalies are tied to the El Nino cycle of the earth's oceanic-atmospheric system.

Global Warming?

I'm not sure if we can blame the difference in temperatures on global warming or not... but one thing's for sure-

I miss my snow!

Northern Ohio has only had one semi-decent snowstorm and it's the 2nd week of January already!

Global Warming?

How long has man been keeping accurate records on weather ~ the last 100-150 years?

How long has the earth been around ~ some 5,000-6,000 years?

Weather records are but a drop in the bucket when compared to the age of the earth.
