We have on the payroll:
Senior Pastor
Associate Pastor
Visitation Pastor (PT)
Music Minister (FT)
Ass't Music Minister/Organist (PT)
Office Manager (FT)
Congregational Life Coordinator (3/4)
Christian Education Coordinator (3/4)
Nursery staff (three part time)

Janitorial work is contracted

Council has approved, starting mid-year, a new position of Business Manager (half time)

We are a very small church, but still we pay an office secretary, custodian, choir director, and organist. All part time of course.
