I AM JUST GLAD THAT I HAVE MY MOTHER HERE WITH US. I LIVE A LITTLE WAY SO I WILL CALL AND SEND A CARD. THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE THE LUXURY HAVE STILL HAVING YOU MOTHERS HERE ON EARTH SHOULD CALL HER BETTER YET DRIVE THWE DISTANCE NO MATTER HOW FAR. THERE WILL COME A DAY WHEN YOU WISH YOU WOULD HAVE SPENT MORE TIME WITH HER. TODAY IS ALL WE HAVE THERE SIMPLY IS NO TOMORROW . MY FATHER PASSED AWAY IN 1999 AND ALL WE HAVE NOW IS YESTERDAY( YOU KNOW NOW i THINK I HAD BETTER DRIVE THE DISTANCE.)

Mother's Day

When they were young, I thought it was great if my husband took the kids out for awhile on Mother's Day so I could read in peace but, now that they are grown...I just want them there, with their kids as well, to listen to their voices get louder as they vie for my attention!! Ah..h..h...h!

Great Mother's Day

Since our children all live away, getting a phone call or a visit, when possible, makes my day. To go to church with whoever is home puts icing on the cake. Where we eat, flowers, etc., are relatively unimportant to me. Time with family is the most!

The best Mother's Day

Just having the children there is the best Mother's Day. One daughter, husband and children live close so they are there. Another lives about 200 miles away, but they usually make the trip also. Other's are farther away so they send flowers and cards and call. But the best thing is having them home, even if I'm cooking for everybody.

Mothersday

I am happy with a card, on time, and a phone call. Since my children live so far away, breakfast in bed is not possible. : ( They did that when they were little.

Flowers are too expenseive to send, they did that, but I told them to take that money and buy some thing for the grand children. They need it more as I do.
Phone call is good enough for me. Every thing else is icing to the cake.:)

Have a blessed MothersDay.
