cell phones...

Virgil, try a Nokia. Not the flip ones, but a bar phone. All my Nokia phones have been good ones...and I'm pretty hard on mine, dropping them, falling on them, carrying them in the rain, etc.
Samsung is okay, too, but I've heard some complaints about some of the Motorolas.
(My workplace is a T-Mobile dealer, so I get to hear a lot of feedback about how well the phones work.)

cell phone feature

I use the voice memo feature every day. I'd be lost without it.

Cell Phones

Phones with pics are OK, I suppose, but the problem is that one usually must pay through the nose to get access to upload the pics over the internet. Unless things have changed, you just don't have the ability to save it to your computer. Even to send a pic, you need the premium upgrade, and that is like $15 per month with Sprint. Too much for me!

Cell phone

Today is 9/11 and six years ago we lost a lot of our friends and family. On that day a lot of the victims were able to use their cell phones and say good bye to their loved ones before the plane crashed in the field. I can not even imagine what they all went through that day. Some off them had to leave a mesage. Can you imagine seeing a missed call mesage on your cell phone and not being able to return the call. Life is so fragile is there someone you need to call today. do not just leave a message keep trying and if your phone is ringing answer it. No matter who it is. They have your number you gave it to them it could be the last time you hear from them. You never know. They never knew six years ago.

Cell Phone

My girlfriend & I live together, have internet and cable. However, we both have cell phones and use our cell phones as home phone numbers. These days, who needs a landline phone anyway?

Cell phone

I use my work cell phone I can take pictures of turf and tree problems and use the photo for reference later. The Cell is both the best and worst thing used in business. I would be lost with out it. If is like a life line.

phone-y baloney!

My cell phone is my only phone, and that is what it is used for, period. I have a TV and DVD-VCR to watch videos, a Walkman (or my DVD player) to listen to music, and my computer to do Internet stuff. What do I need all that other stuff on my phone for? Particularly since the screen is so tiny you could hardly see any video you were watching!

Cell phone

I just got a new cell phone that has a camera. I probably won't use it often but expect I will take a shot of the grandkids to use on it. I might also have an opportunity to use the speaker phone. It's almost impossible to buy just a plain phone any longer.
