The Candy Cane

I find the Candy Cane is a useful Christmas symbol to use as a witnessing tool.

The shape is that of a shepherd's crook, to remind us of the Good Shepherd who came to watch over us. It is also the letter "J", to remind us of Jesus. The red and white color remind us that we are made pure by the sacrifice of Christ's blood.

Candy canes are easy to carry around and give away.

Oh, and since there probably won't be another poll for comment beforehand: A Very Merry Christmas to Everyone!! May the Joy of Christ's Birth fill your heart throughout the year!!

Favorite Christmas

We have a card sent to us about 30 years ago from our cousin that says "Happy Birthday Jesus" -- we use this on the top of our tree every year. That way we keep the REAL meaning of Christmas in mind when we look at our treee
