| Almond Butter?
Has anyone ever tried Almond Butter or the other varieties of butters (I
would say nut butters but I do know that Peanuts are not actually nuts
but legumes).

We love Adams Natural, and it is even better since I found Witmer's
peanut butter mixer. It is great. Search for it and you'll probably
switch to natural. Nothing added, just peanuts!!

| Strange Combos
There's a restaurant chain (PB Loco) that serves "gourmet" peanut butter
sandwiches. I've tried them and they are great. I don't know who came up
with them, but they had to have a wild imagination.
One sandwich used curry peanut butter and had dill pickle slices,
coconut and crushed potato chips on it. Another good one was the PBLT.
It had sun-dried tomato peanut butter, bacon, lettuce and cream cheese.
Delicious!
They also had sweet and fruity peanut butter flavors and sandwiches. The
one I tried had white cholocate peanut butter, pineapple and coconut on
it. I tried to recreate it at home, but it just wasn't the same.

| Peanut -butter Survey
Not that it matters, but it might be interesting if the poll told us
which synod prefers which style of peanut butter. Do Missouri Synod
Lutherans have a different preference to ELCA Lutherans in
peanut-butter, or is their unity on this matter?
If there were a difference, could it be attributed to German vs.
Scandinavian food preferences, or due to regional differences, based on
where the synod's populations are concentrated?
If Lutherans are known for putting fruit in Jello, what's next?
Peanut-butter Jello? Try it at your next potluck! (just kidding).

| Peanut Butter
I've never been real big on peanut-butter. Years ago, I remember
at summer camp, peanut butter and jelly were available at each meal in
case campers didn't like what was on the menu.
My younger brother used to eat peanut-butter and bacon sandwiches.
That always seemed strange. Non-traditional, any way.
Peanuts add an interesting twist to Thai cuisine.

| Peanut butter...yum!
I, too, love the Smuckers Natural...no added sugar! :) And along with
being fairly easy to stir up, you can keep it out at room temperature
and it won't spoil. It took me about 3 months to eat the last jar I
bought, and I had it out during the hottest months of the year!
I have eaten peanut butter on hash browns, and believe it or not, it
tastes wonderful! And it's also great on pancakes...wow, now I've gotta
go make some...

The best for eating and cooking is Smuckers Natural or one with no odd
oils or sugars. (Its not that hard to stir up)

I like any kind of peanut butter on any food. I've eaten it on pizza,
cheeseburgers, and tacos.

| Peanut Butter
I like peanut butter on an English Muffin. Never have tryed Peanut
Butter on Green Jello and I do not think I will try it. I did see an add
for a smuckers brand peanut butter but have yet to see it in a local
store.
