Easter Sunday

We will be going to Sunrise Service on a ridge at 6:30. It may be cold as we have about 10 inches of snow on the ground. Pastor said to bring flashlights as with the time change it may be dark. We will then go to Easter Breakfast at church. I will make supper for the family. My three kids and their families, my mom, and Aunt and Uncle. Full house. The grandkids are getting a little big for an Easter Egg hunt, so we will skip that this year. Just play games.

Easter

WE will be spending Easter with our youngest daughter and her husband . ON Saturday night , we will also be with my married stepchildren ... but they will be with their mother on Easter Sunday.

My mother died last APril , shortly after Easter... When she was alive , approximately 50 children , grandchildren and great grandchildren gathered at her house... along with any friends that anyone chose to invite.
Her home .. where she grew up , will be sold to highway as it will soon be 4 lane.. so
our families are all trying to make our own traditions with each of our own children ..

Just doesn't seem right to be with just TWO people .. but life goes on .. and God is with us !

Easter at...

Technically, I'll be spending Easter at Church! I will attend our Sunrise service at 6:30am, and since I'm in the Choir, I'll also be at two more services until noon.

After that, I'll be home. Our families live out of state, so we'll call to say hello, but otherwise it's just another Sunday at home.
