We used to call it "Cruisin' the gut," only we did it at night, not after school. I wonder where that name came from. The main street in my town was Washington Avenue. Most of us hustled off to part-time jobs after school.

Cruising main street after school

. I remember My Dad had Just bought a brand new Chevy Pickup and he let me drive it. When I drove off it had 999 miles on it It should of had 1031 miles when I got home but it had much more. Just had to cruise main street and Show off the New 1981 Chevy Pickup.

Actually, we made the lunch spread with ground up bologna, Miracle Whip and relish. We always thought it was good, but I think it's kind of a mid-West thing.

...That's where!

Still on the fish as it swims peacefully in the water, minding its own fishy business!

Say -what???-

Lunch is not a subject. At my school, it was more like purgatory. They actually ground up bologna, mixed it with Miracle Whip and relish, and called it "ham salad." It reeked halfway down the hall from our cafeteria.
And who was the -yotz- who convinced our lunch ladies that hominy was a vegetable? If God had intended us to soak corn in lye, He would have added it to the corn already!

History

History was my favorite class. I have learned alot in the past 14 months about the history of the Church. History is different and events have different outcomes based on who is telling Histroy. History could be His story. We need to study History from all view points. The History of events that are taking place today will differ based on who is telling His Story (history)
