German Potato Salad
I **love** German Potato Salad - hot, with bacon and that wonderful
tangy sauce...
My family never made it, so I only get it at tureen dinners at church

Favorite Way to Eat Potatoes
My family make our own potato chips when I was little. We also made our
own Sweet Potato chips and carrot chips. We experimented with various
vegetables. But my all-time favorite way to fix my "taters" is to fry
them crisp with onions in bacon fat. Not a heart-healthy meal so I only
fix them that way once or twice a year.

I do believe I am actually addicted to Kettle Chips...they even ease my
physical pain. But my second choice would be mashed potatoes. We plan
our Thanksgiving dinner around mashed potatoes.

Favorite way to eat potatos
You need a category for "All of the Above." I never met a potato I
didn't like. One of the new things in this area is sweet potato fries.
They are yummy.
