Blind Spot
I dislike drivers who remain in your blind spot in the next lane. If
you need to change lanes, they can't see your turn signal, and they
won't speed up or slow down enough to let you move over safely.

I don't mind tailgaters, as I drive 50mph (to get 34mpg vrs 27mpg at 65)
and appreciate the extra cars protection from being rear ended by
someone doing 100mph.

I had read that tailgating is the #1 cause of road rage. The tailgatee
gets angry and then will do something stupid that will anger the
tailgater and away we go. Most people seem to not like it, so who's
doing the tailgating?
Under the "other" category we need tourists. I live just far enough away
from the beach and these people come screaming through here (because
they get to the beach 10 seconds faster) or snail through here (which is
almost as annoying as the speed).

Bad Drivers
Impatience. Unless there's an emergency, people who drive as if they
can't tolerate taking just one minute longer to arrive at their
destination, and all other drivers on the road are mere obstacles.

cell phones and driving
I get annoyed when I am behind a driver on a cell phone. They are all
over the road, and their speed goes up and dpwn. I wish cell phones
would be banned from use while driving!

I hate seeing people who speed and change lanes, without signaling. I
live near Chicago, and I see many people do both.
