 Hot Chocolate...

... but only the "real" kind. That powdered stuff in a packet does NOT count.

I stop at the local bakery - they do some hot drinks, have an expresso/latte type machine. A big one.

The owner bought some cocoa thinking it was unsweetened powdered cocoa. It arrived and he realized he ordered the wrong thing - the stuff had sugar added. That made it no good for baking.

So, some experimentation and the Double Chocolate Hot Chocolate was born - steamed milk, Giradelli dark chocolate syrup and some powdered chocolate.

Did you mean favorite hot drink or just favorite drink?

I like tea but unfortunately the decaf just does not taste as good as the regular tea.

Most of the time I either drink water or occasionally a glass of soy milk.
