Posted By: Perelandra Posted On: yesterday Views: 19	Donated cell phones I'm on my third cell phone ever, and although I learned about this too late for my first phone, I donated my second phone to "Cell Phones for Soldiers." It's a neat program...you put the phone in a plastic envelope that's already addressed and postage-paid, and it goes to a place where they fit it with a new battery (if needed) and the necessary SIM card. Then it's given to a soldier somewhere to use. It keeps the phone out of the landfill, and it's a great way to support the troops.

Good thing, because I had my new cell in my pocket and washed it in the washer, uff da. Sadly to say it was not a timex so did not keep on ticking, lol.... hence the older model I am using now.
