Q: What are RSS Feeds?

A: RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds are a fast, easy way to read and distribute regularly updated web content. You can view feed content in a streamlined format from your web browser, or place our content into any outside RSS reader. You can also subscribe to an RSS feed, which will update automatically as new content becomes available. Look for the RSS feed icon ( RSS icon ) in your browser's toolbar menu or within the content of a page to know if it is available as an RSS feed.

Q: How do I use RSS Feeds?

A: There are several different ways you can use RSS feeds:

  • If you are using a web browser that supports RSS feeds, such as Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox, or Safari 2 or higher, left-click on an RSS feed icon or an RSS link below to view or subscribe to the feed.
  • If you are using a web-based RSS reader (such as Google Reader) or a reader outside of your web browser, right-click on any RSS feed icon or an RSS link below and choose "Copy Shortcut." Paste this into your RSS reader to view or subscribe to the feed.
