Atonement Lutheran Church as it approaches its
mission in Wilkes County is an intentional community that focuses less on
programs and more on relationships. This also includes how young people are
included in the life and worship of our community. Atonement celebrates phases
in people's lives, which are called, "milestones." Milestone Ministry at
Atonement Lutheran Church celebrates and educates young people at these key
points in the development. Milestone Ministry starts at baptism and continues
until graduation from college. Below is listed what those milestones are, what
gift is given, and educational opportunity. It is a real attempt to connect
faith and life experience to the church.
