BASIC PURPOSE
Our basic purpose is to provide a loving, Christian atmosphere that nurtures favorable attitudes toward children, teachers, and learning; to teach children to function in a group, listen to others, take turns, cooperate, assume responsibility, become leaders, follow directions and concentrate on a project until it is completed; to enhance the child’s growth experience spiritually (through Bible stories), mentally, emotionally and physically.

Redeemer Lutheran Preschool uses developmentally appropriate activities and materials. This program is center-based, with areas for language development, pre-math, pre-reading, manipulatives, letter recognition, vocabulary, fine motor skills, discovery, and other activities.

ENROLLMENT AND TUITION
All sessions at the Preschool are open to children 3-6 years of age. All three-year-olds must be three by the day they enroll, and all students must be completely potty trained.

Four sessions are offered at Redeemer Preschool:
*One 3-day morning programs will run:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:30-11:15am)
*One 3-day afternoon program will run:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (12:30-3:15)
*One 4-day morning program will run:
Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday (8:30-11:15am)
*One 2-day afternoon program will run:
Monday, Wednesday (12:30-3:15pm)
Supply/registration fees are one-time fees due upon registration of your child and are as follows:
3-day session: $80.00
2-day session: $60.00
Monthly tuitions are as follows:
3-day session: $82.00
2-day session: $62.00
4-day session: $102.00

VACATION DAYS
Redeemer Lutheran Preschool generally follows the Dickinson Public Schools in taking vacation days. Please check our monthly calendars to be certain.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Medical and immunization forms are mandatory and must be on file before your child is admitted to school.

TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS
Kathy Olin has a B.S. in Education from Dickinson State University. Kathy has concentrations in kindergarten and adaptive education. She has teaching experience in both preschool and kindergarten.

Nikki Tyrrell has a B.S. in Communication Studies from South Dakota State University with a Child Development & Family Relations minor. Nikki has preschool teaching experience and has taught parenting classes.
