| Night in Bethlehem | | Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 from 4:00p until 6:00p. | | A Night in Bethlehem is a hands on experience that brings the Christmas story to life! Free event for the whole family to enjoy! Come stroll the Market Place, make some crafts and eat some snacks. Then follow the shepherds as they guide you to the stable where Mary and Joseph will talk with the visitors. This special event will be held from 4PM - 6PM. Please allow at least one hour to experience A Night in Bethlehem. The annual Elm St. Christmas Party will be held this same night from 6PM - 8PM. |

| Harvest Home Sunday | | Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011 starting at 10:15a. | | We will celebrate Harvest Home on Sunday October 9th at 10:15AM with a special contemporary worship service. Donations of non-perishable food items for our food pantry will be received during this service as well as the first Sunday of each month. |

| Family Music Classes | | From the week of Sept. 19, 2011 through the week of May 14, 2012, Monday, Thursday of every week starting at 10:00a. | | Bethany Lutheran offers a Christian based music and movement program for children ages 6 months to age 5. Parents or a caregiver particiate in the classes with their child(ren). Our program provides a creative environment for making music through the exploration of singing, playing instruments, listening, movement and imaginative play.
This program is part of our outreach ministry program There are no instructor fees. Suggested class fees/donations: $25.00 per child, per semester, $10.00 additional child enrolled. Funding is available and donations in any amount accepted. All fees/donations are applied towards the cost of instruments and materials used in the classes.
Classes are offered Monday mornings:
MONDAY's: 10:00AM - 10:30AM for ages 6 mos. to age 3 and 10:45AM-11:15AM for ages 3 to 5.
THURSDAY's: 10:00AM - 10:30AM Mixed ages 6 months to age 5.
2011-2012 Schedule:
Fall Semester will be held the weeks of September 19th through November 14th. No classes will be held the week of October 10th.
Winter Semester will be held the weeks of January 23, 2012 through March 12th. No classes will be held the week of February 20th.
The Spring Semester will be held the weeks of March 19th through May 14th. No classes will be held the weeks of April 2nd and April 9th.
Our annual evening PJ Music Class will be held Wednesday May 23rd at 6:30PM for ages 6 months to age 5.
