We usually meet at the Ballard Park N Ride in Appleton (for the Appleton folks) about 5:45, leaving at 6ish so we have plenty of time to park and get to our seats.

We didn't get quite the number response to justify the cost of going to the Gehring's farm. So instead we are going to go straight to Brett's home and do the cookout/potluck at his house and then also hangout around the bonfire. We will be basically be doing the same exact thing except skipping the first step! Just bring a dish to pass and whatever you would like to drink.

| Cancelled - Camping at Camp Phillip | | Friday, Aug. 7, 2009 starting at 6:00p. | | I am sorry to report that we are canceling the camping weekend at Camp Phillip, August 7-9. We had a few people sign up to go but not enough people to make the weekend work. It may have been a bad weekend for everyone or just not enough interest.
The entire weekend to relax, play in God's creation, swim, and did I mention relaxing, at Camp Phillip in Wautoma, WI! We will meet Friday, August 7 at Grace in Neenah, at 6pm. We will coordinate with everyone what the menu will be, what camping equipment is needed, and who is bringing what, when we know who is coming! Please RSVP to Amy by July 22.
Camping is going to be a bit more work but in the end a ton of fun! This activity is very important to RSVP to Amy at alt_blondie@yahoo.com by July 22. Saturday afternoon we as a group will be doing activities on the Low Ropes Course at camp. There is a small minimal fee (less than $6) which the course is very worth the cost! But we will need to know how many people are going because we won't be able to do the ropes course with few people. I hope everyone can make it this weekend! You are certainly free to come to camp on Saturday morning if you can't Friday night. Anyone who can come and has access to a tent or any camping gear please let Meredith know! Please feel free to come for the entire weekend, part of the weekend, or just Saturday but please come and enjoy hanging out with friends! |

| Camp Phillip | | Saturday, July 19, 2008 starting at 8:00a. | | A weekend of volunteering, camping, and enjoying nature at Camp Phillip is planned for July 19-20. We will be helping Camp Phillip with some projects. They will be providing food and a camp site for us. Please bring snacks and drinks for the weekend. Also bring a sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, and anything else you need for the weekend. We will be working in the woods so also bring long pants and tennis shoes/work boots. We will meet in the parking lot of Grace Lutheran Church at 1390 Breezewood Ln in Neenah at 8:00am July 19th. | Wolf River Tubing | | Sunday, July 13, 2008 starting at 11:00a. | | We are going tubing down the Wolf River July 13th! Meet in the north parking lot at Fox Valley Lutheran High School at 11:00am.We will leave shortly after that. The cost is $10.00 per person. Drinks may be brought as long as they are in plastic bottles or aluminum cans. Please bring a lunch to eat before tubing. We will also stop for dinner on the way home.
