| VONS FOOD DRIVE | | Join the Red Team or the Blue Team to gather at the doors of Vons for a two-hour stretch at handing out lists and collecting donations of non-perishable food items for the Sunland-Tujunga Temporary Aid Center.
This one-day activity commences at 8 AM and runs through 2 PM, and volunteers are asked to commit to work a 2-hour period on that day.
The morning group will be in the shade. The afternoon group may begin to get some sun before their shift is out.
Multiple shift workers will enable us to take full cartloads to our transport vehicles throughout the collection period. At the end of the collection, assistance will also be welcomed to assist with transfer of the collected items to the Sunland-Tujunga Temporary Aid Center up the street.
