| Lutheran Night at the Phillies | | Friday, May 29, 2009 starting at 5:30p. | | Thrivent Financial is inviting members and a guest to a complimentary pre-game event in the Party Tent at Citizens Bank Park beginning at 5:30 which includes food and beverages.
Tickets to the game are necessary for entrance into the tent. An order form is available on the "Around the Region" web page. If you already have tickets, the form must be sent in to receive your tent pass.
The Phillies will host the Washington Nationals beginning at 7:05 pm.

Head Coach, Mike Tomlin will be in attendance along with several FR's from both regions. The event is centered around bringing the family unit closer and having a fun filled day for all in attendance! |

| 2010 Chapter Leader Gathering | | From Friday, Jan. 29, 2010 through Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 every 2 days. | | Our 2010 Chapter Leaders’ Event will be one gathering in Penn State territory Friday through Saturday, January 29-30. By popular demand, we are returning to the Penn Stater and creating an even bigger WOW event. Please mark your calendars and mention this to your newly elected leaders as well.
We are planning activities that start after lunch on Friday and run through late Saturday afternoon. And even if you can’t join us for Friday’s agenda, please do consider coming for Saturday’s. You won’t want to miss this. We’re looking to make it educational, insightful around 2010 changes, and useful for your team’s planning process. And you will have the opportunity to mix with chapter leaders who share your same position.
This will be our featured event for chapter leaders. We will not be having the Presidents’ Gathering as we have the past two years nor will we be hosting the four area ones in early spring.
Please share this announcement with those who do not have email access, and watch for more details in November. As usual, there will be a registration fee. This along with any overnight and travel expenses can be taken from the chapter’s operating budget. |
