| All-Committee Meeting | | All Committees are invited and encouraged to have a representative of their committee attend. Discussion includes what events are on the church calendar, what each committee is doing or upcoming events. It is like letting the left hand know what the right hand is doing. At this time, some comittees hold their meetings after the joint session.
