Way to go!The Project Linus group at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kaukauna gathered 40 people on January 27, 2008 for a Care Abounds in Communities® project, helping to make blankets for children who are ill, traumatized or otherwise in need. The volunteers created 65 blankets and contributed a total of 150 volunteer hours! The project was hosted and funded by the Southeast Outagamie County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. All the blankets were given to Project Linus, which will distribute them to children that are in need living in our area.
