Everyone knows that men and women are different. But have you ever wondered how those differences affect our spirituality? Gain new insights into this subject at a day designed especially for women sponsored by Zion New Holstein’s Women in Mission.
“Wired As Women – Feminine Spirituality” will be presented on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 8:30 AM to 3 PM at Zion Lutheran Church, 1702 Van Buren Street, New Holstein.
Carol Sullivan of Hales Corners is an inspirational and motivational speaker and will be the guest presenter for the event. Carol is a woman, wife of 34 years, mother of 5 adult children and grandmother of 6 precious little ones. Her passion is women’s spirituality – how God uniquely made us as women to hear His voice.
We hear God, respond to God and live out our spirituality in the context of our everyday life differently than men do. This presentation highlights and elevates how God “wired” us to be in relationship with Him as women and what that looks like in the ordinary, often humorous, life of a woman, wife, mother and grandmother.
Breakfast & lunch will be provided, great music will be shared and fellowship will be enjoyed with new and old friends. Carol of ‘Reach-Out Books’, Fond du Lac will be on hand with a beautiful display for your shopping enjoyment and convenience.
Cost for the entire day is $15. To register, send a check for $15 made payable to Women in Mission, % Kathy Kleinhans, N820 Plymouth Trail, New Holstein, WI 53061. For more information, please call Kay Nett (894-7137) or Kathy Kleinhans (898-5972). Registration deadline is Saturday, March 1, 2014.
