The Auxillary

The Auxiliary was started by a group of 14 ladies. Before it was formally organized it was known as the Ladies Auxiliary of the First Protestant Church of Gerritsen Beach. It was organized by the Missionary Supt. Dr. Zinssmeister in the home of Mrs. E. Munford, at 25 Lester Court.

Our First Anniversary Dinner was held on Feb. 16, 1926 and was prepared and served by the Ladies Auxiliary. One of the guest speakers that night was the Hon. Joseph A. Guider, Borough President of Brooklyn.
