July Events
Summer is here! Please look for your Summer Appeal envelopes in the mail. As many of us are enjoying a little deserved rest and relaxation, the number of Parishoners attending Worship Services are diminishing. Please continue to support your Church.
On July 6th, we prayed together for William Finnelli and his family. William has just graduated from High School and enlisted in the US Marine Corps. Farewell and Godspeed to you William!

We continue to receive letters of Thanks from our "Adopted" US Soldiers overseas who were recipients of our Care Packages. The notes are mostly short but full of sincere gratitude and we are praying for a quick homecoming for all of our Troops. We are particularly awaiting the return of Pt. Jackie Schnell in August, as his last letter stated he will be returning soon.

New Sign Erected
We are proud to announce that all the waiting has paid off. Our new Billboard Sign arrived and has been erected next to the original one. You may have seen the bright illumination it gives off at night, and it is Beautiful. Thanks to our sponsors who helped us to purchase this wonderful new asset!
July Thrift Shoppe & White Elephant Sale

Shopper's & Workers at the Thrift Shoppe Sale

Helen & Lorraine pause for a pose for our Website

On July 11th & 12th, we had our Summer Thrift Shoppe & White Elephant Sale! Thanks to the very hard work put in by just a handful of people, we were able to clean out our closets and make a pretty penny as well. The proceeds were completely from donnated items. Helen Hermannson, who almost single handedly runs the Thrift Shoppe year round, deserves these next two months off. The Thrift Shoppe will not re-open until the fall, so please hold off from bringing in your donnations until then.
Installation of Fans is Complete!
Thanks to Jerry Gramlich, the fans we all have been eagerly awaiting are now in place! There are a total of eight, and four are already running. A little more work, and everything will be finished. Great Job Jerry, and Thanks!!
