Please mark your name on the items you bring and place them in the Narthex. ~Zion cookbooks are ~still on sale~ at a reduced price of $5.00. ~Parents Night Out - July 20- 5:30-8:00pm. Children in grades 1-5 will be provided structured activities at the Zion Youth & Fellowship Hall while Mom & Dad enjoy some time alone. Invite your friends and neighbors. ~Food From the Pantry - If there is someone from Zion who needs help because of an accident, illness, job lss, etc., have them bring a referral from the church or have someone from Zion call Brenda Spence @ 215-8545 to get food. ~Attn Seniors - REAL Services located at Family Life Center at the Nutrition Site in Bristol United Methodist Church is open for a hot meal Mon - Fri at noon. The menu is published in the Elkhart Truth on Sundays and also in Senior Life. Anyone over 62 and spouse is eligible. Donations of $3.00 a meal is suggested, but donate what you can. Please call for reservations before 11:30 am the day before @ 848-7182. ~Steve Hisey has volunteered to take over recycling the scrap metal. See him or the office with questions. ~Food Collection - The first Sunday of each month, Zion will be accepting non-perishable food donations for the Bristol Food Pantry. If you are unable to donate food, feel free to send a check with 'food pantry' in the memo line.
