| Tour de Cure for Diabetes May 31st |
On May 31st Craig Martek, a member of Christ Lutheran Church will be riding 62 miles in the Tour de Cure to raise money for The American Diabetes Association. The annual event starts near Boiling Springs, PA. For the 2nd year Craig is the team captain for Gold's Gym Carlisle and members of his team include his wife, Jenn. Craig is looking for others to help, either by joining his team and riding or by sponsoring his team with a donation. MS150 to Fight Multiple Sclerosis July 19 & 20 |

Walk for Hope April 29 |
On April 29th, members of Christ Lutheran Church will be joining others in the community in the Walk For Hope to support New Hope Ministries. Joanne and Marisa Hunt will be walkiing, while Sid & Bobbie Shuey and Tom Gruber will be part of the support crew. If you would like to participate in the Walk for Hope, registration begins at 1:30 and the Walk starts at 2:00 on April 29th. The Walk starts and finishes at Logan Park in Dillsburg, PA. Attention Youth & Adult Bicyclists! Join the 1st Annual Tour de Synod, a 75 mile cycling event to support the Manow Lutheran Secondary School, a boarding school in the Konde Diocese of Tanzania.The ride starts at Camp Nawakwa (Arendtsville, PA) and finishes at Camp Kirchenwald (Colebrook, PA). The ride is on May 19th, with lodging at the camps before and after, if needed.
