Whether Home-bound, Out-bound or on the Re-bound, YOU can PRAY! What should I pray about?If you are not praying daily now, or if you're an occasional prayer, be encouraged to begin incorporating prayer into your daily life; and if you are praying, consider including these items. Praying daily is communication with our gracious Father in Heaven. Here's a list to help you get started:
* God would be glorified in all we do
* that love for God, and between members would increase
* past hurts would be healed and offences would be reconciled
* that genuine Christian Fellowship/Friendship/Spiritual Growth/Discipleship/ and Christian formation to flourish at Christ Lutheran Church
* for all of God's blessings on one another, and upon all people
* for all Christian Churches
* for God's guidance and blessing upon all leaders, both in church and government
* for the unity of Christ's church, the evangelism of our community, and the entire world
* for all those named in our prayers on Sunday morning, and all who have needs
And ending with the Lord's Prayer.
Our hope is that all will experience the fulfillment of the Saviour's promise -
"Ask and it will be given you;
seek and you will find;
knock and it will be opened to you"
(Matt 7:7)
