Clermont County Chapter Events
Our Chapter Officers annual meeting will be in March to finalize plans for this year. The following is the current proposed calendar which is always subject to change so check this website or with the event coordinator prior to the event:

January 8 – Regular Meeting
January 29 – Souper Bowl Fundraiser for Freestore/ Foodbank

February 5 – Regular Meeting
February 19 - YWCA "House of Peace" Fundraiser (a shelter for battered women/their children)
February 26 – World Vision Hunger Fund Raiser (raised by youth 30 hour hunger strike)

March 9/10 - Scrapbooking Training Event at All Saints
March 18 - Annual Officer Meeting at Ruby Tuesdays
March 25 – Stephen Dinkel fundraiser (drug rehabilitation clinic)

April 8- Regular Meeting
April 15 – St Mark Lutheran Individual Fundraiser (Holly Fay - cancer)
April 22 –Ronald McDonald House fundraiser

May 6 – National Handbell Convention fundraiser (handbell event in July)
May 13- Summerside Elementary Landscaping (Join Hands event)
May 13 - Regular Meeting
May 20 – Education Event at All Saints led by Thrivent representative
May 27 – OATS fundraiser (Once Around Thrift Shop –youth cleaning day)

June 4 - Confirmation Recognition (all churches)
June 10 - Regular Meeting
June 24 – Camp Heartland fundraiser (Children impacted by AIDS)

July 8 - Regular Meeting
July 18-21 National Handbell Convention held here in Cincinnati. Including world record largest handbell choir event at Cincinnati Reds game

August 12 – West Clermont Readyfest Fundraiser to help underprivileged school children
August 12 - Regular Meeting
August 18 - Clermont Boys and Girls Club 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser

September 9 - Regular Meeting
September 23 – Child Focus Fundraiser

October 14 - Regular Meeting
October 20 – Scrapbooking Training Event at All Saints

November 11– Election Meeting
November 18 - Thanksgiving Food Baskets to Over-the-Rhine families
November 18 - Thanksgiving Food Baskets to Interparish Ministries

December 9 - Regular Meeting

Notes:
- Regular mini-meetings are normally the second Sunday of the month at All Saints but may change
depending on church activities or availability of Thrivent officers (only required quarterly).
- Our Chapter has TBD funds available for Caring in Community events
- $1000 max per organization/ individual with at least 6 people from different families
- Agreement to funding in monthly chapter meetings
- Call Dave Rasch to get discussed in meeting especially if new/ urgent (e.g. disaster response)
- Chapter officers must request funding and file reports
