The second annual annual luncheon / election was held at the Chancellor Convention center in Champaign after church on November 7th. One Hundred and Eighty Five members and family members from the Champaign County showed up to an excellent lunch prepared by the staff of the convention center. A powerpoint slide-show was displayed throughout the lunchen giving information on the Chapter. Posters giving further information were available around the room giving members a chance to find out more about the chapter. Drawings were held for door prizes, and questions were asked based on the Powerpoint Presentation to give away 8 videos (4 the Passion of the Christ and 4 Luther)

Posters detailing various projects that have been completed in the Champaign County Chapter during the year were displayed for viewing on entry to the event. Included were projects completed by congregations and Care Abounds in Community projects as well as summaries of money spent and funds raised for each project.
