The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month. These forms must be to the financial director two weeks before the meeting prior to your activity.
We are using these forms to make our record keeping and decision process
plain and open. If you are looking for Fraternal funding from your local
Chapter, please double click on the file that you wish to open. The first you can fill out on your computer and print the form out. The second is one that you can just print and write out before you send.
