Care Abounds in Communities® Activity Planning Checklist

Designed to help you identify, organize, plan and implement your Care Abounds in Communities activity.

Funding Requests

Complete and send to chapter leadership board for approval of Care Abounds in Communities program funds. Please note: Care Programs Request forms must be received 45 days prior to the event date to allow for chapter leadership approval and publicity.

  • For fundraisers and hands-on service projects, complete the Care Abounds in Communities Request for Funding. (PDF, 754K)
  • For educational and member social activities, complete the Operating Funds Request form. (PDF, 750K)

Co-hosting an activity with a Thrivent chapter

Multiplying the Good We Do, Together is a brochure that answers common questions from organizations that co-host fund-raisers with Thrivent chapters. Your chapter leadership board can order a copy for you.

  • If the activity is being supported with Care Abounds in Communities® program funds (PDF, 749K)
  • If the activity is not supported with Care Abounds in Communities® program funds (locally supported activity or supported with chapter operating funds) (PDF, 748K)
