Construction is moving along in Chicago Heights

Ladies Day onsite in Chicago

Even the couldn't slow us down! Seventeen ladies from ten different congregations joined future Windy City Habitat homeowner, Kim Wiggins, onsite in Chicago for a great day of fellowship and service. We built walls, installed outlet boxes and prepared PVC and copper pipe. Thank you to Congregational Relations Manager, Nancy Winterburg, for organizing this event…and supplying the pink t-shirts!

If you want to help plan another themed day onsite, please contact your Chapter Specialist or Inga Theeke. We’re working on details for skill development days and a youth blitz day in the fall.
