size:368.88 K PARTNERING WITH A THRIVENT CHAPTER - This tool provides simple and helpful guidelines for chapter service teams to share with organizations they are partnering with for an activity.
size:31.00 K CARE IN CONGREGATIONS ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENT - This is an approved template to be used in announcing a project within the congregation will receive funding from Thrivent Financial through the Care in Congregations Program.
size:31.00 K CARE IN CONGREGATIONS PROJECT RESULTS - Following the same format as the previous file, you can use this template to announce the results of a project which received funding from Thrivent Financial through the Care in Congregations Program.
size:69.18 K RECEIPTS, FUNDS RAISED AND EXPENSES REPORT - After an activity, the congregational service team or community service team attaches all receipts or copies of receipts to this form, completes the form and submit them in an envelope to the chapter leadership board. For Care Abounds in Communities™ program activities, this report may be submitted with the Activity results reporting form.
