Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is divided geographically into regional financial offices or RFOs. The Mid-Atlantic RFO is located in Warrenton, Virginia and serves members in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C.Each RFO employs a Manager of Lutheran Engagement (MLE) and a Lutheran Engagement Team to facilitate Thrivent Financial's fraternal giving. These professionals support chapters, congregations, financial associates, and other Lutheran organizations within the region. |

Through the Care in Regions program, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans provides funding for members of multiple chapters to come together, through community service teams, and work with their regional manager of Lutheran engagement (MLE) to address a significant regional need(s). The community service teams conduct fund-raising activities, appeals/collections and/or hands-on service activities that benefit individuals, families and not-for-profit organizations (including congregations) with significant needs.
