The next meeting of the Galveston Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will be on Thursday, February 9, 2012. Please note that this is the second Thursday of the month. The change of meeting to the second Thursday is for this month only . If you have requests for Care in Community Funds you are welcome to bring them to the meeting. One month is necessary for consideration by the Care in Communities Director therefore, if it is an immediate need, please contact Frances Fundling prior to the meeting. Congregation Advocates, members and guests are welcome. The meeting will be at Peace Lutheran Church in Texas City at 7:00 P. M.
