Receipts, Funds Raised & Expenses Report

Receipts and a completed "Receipts, Funds Raised and Expenses" report form must be submitted to the chapter leadaership board for all hands-on service activities.

As a best practice, though not required, you also can submit receipts and a completed "Receipts, Funds Raised and Expenses" report for fund-raisers.
