Care Abounds in Communities Request for Funds Form
The Medina County Chapter has received an allocation for 2010 in the amount of $17,530 to support fund-raisers and hands-on service activities to benefit individuals, families and non-profit organizations.

If you are interested in submitting a request for funding, please fill out the "Request for Funds" form located under "Download Forms" at this site, or contact any member of the Chapter Leadership Board.
