Receipts, Funds Raised & Expenses Report
Receipts and a completed "Receipts, Funds Raised and Expenses" report form must be submitted to the chapter leadership board for every hands-on service activity.

As a best practice, though not required, you also can submit receipts and a completed "Receipts. Funds Raised and Expenses" report for fundraisers.
