The Dimario McKenzie Family -
Pictured in father, Dimario's arms is Nazeer
standing from the left are Dimario, Jr, Cenaria, and Ke'Marion
We give thanks to the Lord for this family and the opportunity we've had in helping them build a new home through Thrivent Builds. We wish them all the best, especially as they celebrate their first Christmas in their new home.

| Fund Raising Committment - Thrivent Builds |
If it only took hammers and nails, Habitat for Humanity's needs would be few. However, it takes much more to provide affordable housing for our community. On average, materials, skilled labor and land costs exceeds $100,000 per house. Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County does not receive direct financial support from Habitat for Humanity International in Americus, GA. Financial support is critical to continue to provide affordable housing for more families in Pinellas County. In order to build this house for the McKenzie family, South Pinellas County is committed to raising approximately 10% of the building costs.
$59 will pay for 1 sq.ft.
$118 will pay for 2 sq.ft.
$177 will pay for 3 sq.ft.
$236 will pay for 4 sq.ft.

| 2008 Thrivent Builds Home Photo Journal |
I apologize for not getting the pictures up on this site during the building of this house. There were many factors involved and I will try to get the photos I have up as soon as I can.

We're making real progress now. Most of the interior insulation is up on the concrete block walls and most of the windows have been put in place.
