A motion to accept the April Treasurer's report of Care in Communities (document balance in July meeting) and Operating Fund (balance $934.96 with a deposit coming in July and David sending in a payment for Brewer tickets) was made by Mike and seconded by David.
Youth report
Q90 FM Bowl-A-Thon on April 18th at Manhattan Lanes in De Pere was attended by all 3 Brown Chapters. Social Event; Bullfrog event scheduled for July 15th at 7:00 p.m. Cost of $5.00 per ticket. 21 of the 50 tickets were sold as of May 15th. Looking at Packer Game at DePere Cinema for the fall.

Correspondence; Thank you's received from Nadia Deane Benefit and Lutheran World Relief Haiti Concert.
Old Business:
Advocate Training; 2 training events will occur later in the year.
Peninsula Players - "Comic Potential" on August 29th, 2010 is being secured for this social event. Ordered 50 tickets to start at a cost of $24.95 per ticket. Members will be charged $20 per ticket. Tonita to send communication to the chapter members.
Brewer Game; 38 tickets sold to date with 15 left to sell. Ticket price for friends is $35. Bus will leave for Milwaukee at 1:30 p.m. June 12, 2010 with possible tailgating at facility.

New Business:
New members; Mid-April to mid-May 8 benefit and 1 youth member. A motion to approve was made by Mike and seconded by Diane. New members approved.
T-Rat, Lifefest activites; We have been asked to promote these events with the members. Tonita sending a communication to chapter members with event specifics.
Due to June Brewer game there will not be a Chapter meeting. Watch your e-mail for any community activities that require approval prior to our July meeting.

Care in Community requests discussed and approved are;
Grace Lutheran NEW Shelter meal, Assention Church Sunday School Shelter meal, Assention Church rummage sale for St John Homeless Shelter and Imago Day Camp, 1st Angelical Lutheran Quilting projects requested funding. Motion made by Mike and seconded by Diane to approve community funding requests.
